To ensure the highest standards of safety and security during student dismissal, we are pleased to inform you that a digital card system will be used to call students at dismissal time. Please find the following important information below:

1. Instructions

Each student will have two personalized calling cards issued by the school administration.
(For returning students from the previous academic year, the cards issued last year will be reactivated electronically by the company.)

2. How to Use the Card

The card must be scanned using the designated card reader devices:

* Two card readers are installed on the outer school fence for male users.
* One card reader is installed on the inner school fence for female users.

3. How Students Are Called Inside the School Building

1. When scanning the card, please make sure you hear the beep sound to confirm that the card is active and the student has been called successfully.
2. The student’s name will be announced in the classroom. The student will then collect their belongings and proceed from their classroom floor to the ground floor using the assigned staircase.
3. The calling system will only operate during the official dismissal times set by the school administration.

4. Attendance and Dismissal Times

* Kindergarten:
Arrival: 6:45 AM
Dismissal: 1:15 PM
* Elementary Stage:
Arrival: 6:45 AM
Dismissal: 1:35 PM
* Middle School Stage:
Arrival: 6:45 AM
Dismissal: 1:35 PM
* High School Stage:
Arrival: 6:45 AM
Dismissal: 1:15 PM
