Seat Reservation Policy:
Payment of the seat reservation fee of SAR 3,500 and signing all required documents are essential requirements to confirm registration for the new academic year for both new and returning students. The reservation fee is non-refundable in case of withdrawal; however, it will be counted as part of the total tuition fees if the student continues enrollment.
If the seat is not reserved, the school is not responsible for providing a seat for the student wishing to continue.
If outstanding fees from the previous academic year are not paid, the seat reservation will be canceled and the paid amount will be applied toward the overdue balance. No refunds will be issued, and the parent/guardian shall not have the right to claim otherwise.
If the school is not informed of the intention to withdraw or transfer within the specified period, this will be considered an implicit approval of automatic contract renewal and the student’s promotion to the next grade or educational stage. The parent/guardian will then be obligated to pay the seat reservation fee and the approved tuition fees for the new academic year according to the school’s policy.
Payment Policy:
This contract is valid for one full academic term, and all terms and conditions remain effective throughout the term. Tuition fees must be paid before the beginning of the academic year in accordance with the school’s approved payment policy.
The parent is committed to pay the full tuition fees on the specified dates. Any delay in payment shall be considered a violation of the contract terms and conditions. This agreement forms an integral part of the contract and may not be separated in whole or in part.
If tuition fees are not paid within the due period, the school reserves the right to cancel any discounts granted to the student and revert to the standard tuition fees after sending three notices through the approved communication channels stated in the contract. If non-payment continues after these notices, the school has the right to terminate the contract and immediately claim the full outstanding amount.
If there are unpaid balances from previous years, the school will be unable to renew registration for the new academic year until all dues are settled. The parent/guardian must attend the school at the end of the academic year to complete transfer procedures to another school if necessary.
If any amendments are made to the tuition fees, the parent/guardian will be officially notified in accordance with applicable regulations.
The party signing the contract shall be legally responsible for all financial obligations resulting from this contract.
No certificates, official documents, or clearance letters will be issued until all outstanding fees have been fully paid.
Discounts are applied according to the announced conditions, and multiple discounts may not be combined.
Value Added Tax (VAT):
1. The school bears the VAT amount for non-Saudi students.
2. VAT applies to book fees, additional uniforms, school transportation fees, and student ID/calling cards for both Saudi and non-Saudi students.
